Tunisia-Sami Fehri fled abroad, Sofiene Sliti clarifies

The Judicial Economic and Financial Division at the Tunis Court of Appeal is in the process of continuing the procedures of arrest against Sami Fehri following a detention warrant issued against him, said Court official spokesperson Sofiene Sliti in a declaration to Tunisie Numérique.

The court of appeal decision came following the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Judicial Economic and Financial Division ruling to appeal Cactus Prod case, clarified Sliti, indicating the unavailability of information regarding Fehri.
