Tunisia-Sami Fehri remains in prison

Sami El Fehri’s attorney, Abdelaziz Essid, declared on Monday, through his Facebook page, that the investigating judge in charge of Sami El Fehri’s ordered his release, because he was in pre-trial detention, more than fourteen months for the same case.

However, the defendant could not be discharged after the prosecution opposed.

The lawyer questioned by what right does the prosecution refuses an instant release decision made by the investigating judge.
