Tunisia- Sami Fehri will stay in prison, according to his lawyer

Sami Fehri will remain in prison according to his attorney Abdelaziz Essid. In a Facebook post published this Friday, April 30, 2021, on his page, Mr Essid affirmed that his client Sami Fehri will not profit from his release on bail and will remain in detention.

The lawyer reveals that Sami Fehri will not leave prison because he is not able to provide the amount of the bail set at 4 million dinars, given that all his money and his property are frozen as part of the matter for which he is arrested and which he cannot dispose of as he wishes.
