Tunisia-Sami Tahri: We reject any increase in goods prices

UGTT spokesman Sami Tahri said today that the union refuses any rise in the prices of basic goods, emphasising the necessity to defend the right of citizens to enjoy a life of dignity.
He accentuated the need to strengthen the subsidy of basic food products, particularly in the face of the degeneration of the purchasing power of citizens. Sami Tahri further called for tax relief, believing that Tunisian citizens are no longer able to pay them.
