Tunisia-Samir Dilou: Constitutional Court will lack credibility

Ennahdha MP Samir Dilou announced today that there is no magic solution that can overcome conflicts over the interpretation of the provisions of the Constitution, including the creation of the Constitutional Court.

He further stated that even if this institution is created, it will lack credibility and transparency. So its absence turns out to be the least harmful resolution, given the circumstances, he added.
