Tunisia-Samir Dilou: What is happening is not another revolution

Ennahdha MP Samir Dilou talked about recent acts of pillage and vandalism, targeting private and public properties, during a plenary session held this Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Dilou believed that the demonstration movements in the four corners of Tunisia are far from being a new revolution. “There is no revolution after revolution,” he added. He additionally called on the administration to take decisive and far-reaching steps to generate a balance between individual freedoms and general safety.
“The accumulation of social problems, the absence of reformations and development have led these young people to protest,” said the MP.
