The ceremony to commemorate the 40th day of the death of former Minister of Culture and Secretary-General of the Arab League, Chedli Klibi was held this Thursday, July 9, 2020, at the city of culture in the presence of several personalities and senior officials of the State including mainly prime minister Elyes Fakhfakh, House speaker Rached Ghannouchi and the Minister of Culture, Chiraz Latiri.
On this occasion, the city of Culture was officially baptized in the name of Chedli Klibi. The aim is to pay tribute to this eminent figure on the Tunisian political and cultural scene who was the founder of the Ministry of Culture in 1961.
