Tunisia-Slim Chiboub and Imed Trabelsi have not paid their dues

Businessman Slim Chiboub owed approximately 307 million dinars to the state, a sum he has yet to pay, stated State Litigation advisor Monir El Shazly. The Truth and Dignity Commission provided Chiboub with an instalment of four years to pay the amount, he added.

In an interview with Assabah, he pointed out that Imed Trabeksi agreed to pay  the 235 million dinars that he owes, the commission even enabled him with procedures to facilitate the payment however, he did not return any penny.

Only one Businessman paid the agreed-upon amount of 1,800,000 dinars, as a result, all legal proceeding was halted against him, concluded l Shazly.
