El Kantaoui’s national security agents in Sousse seized Archaeological artefact and Hebrew manuscripts.
The operation happened at a women house who confessed to desiring to trade these authentic archaeological objects of priceless worth according to evaluations by the National Heritage Institute (INP) services in the region.
Four individuals were arrested in this case for setting up a network for antique research and trafficking” the Tunis Afrique Presse reported.
The arrest of the woman follows the revelation of one of the wanted persons arrested for theft, following the discovery by El Kantaoui National Security agents of photos of the objects seized in the memory of the arrested person’s mobile phone.
