Tunisia-Sousse: Nursery owner arrested for manslaughter following death of infant

The owner of a nursery was detained for manslaughter two days ago in Bouficha (Sousse governorate) after the passing of a 6-month-old infant at her facility, Shems FM reported.

This arrest is mainly due to the neglect of the accused who did not hire a director who graduated from the Higher Institute of Childhood Executives, or holds an equal diploma, as specified in the specifications.

The prosecution authorized an autopsy to discover the true cause of death, according to the same source
