Tunisia-Sousse-UGTT: Organization of a general strike on May 20

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Secretary-General of the regional office of the UGTT in Sousse, Kacem Zemni affirmed that it was officially decided to begin a general strike in Sousse on Thursday, May 20, 2021.

According to our speaker, The move was made in light of the current situation in the region in terms of shutting down establishments, hotels and layoffs.
