The first Tunisian case infected with the coronavirus is Recovering.
The patient is expected to be discharged from Farhat Hached University Hospital in Sousse in the course of this week, said Regional health director Sami Rekik to the TAP agency.

The other two hospitalised cases (a couple from Mahdia) are in a stable condition.
They are on artificial ventilation in the ICU of the university hospital, Rekik said.
Sixty people are currently confined to their homes in Sousse. Another 16 have completed their 14-day self-isolation period.
Rekik indicated that tests for COVID-19 could be carried out in one of the hospitals in Sousse, starting next week, in order to reduce the pressure on the Charles-Nicolle hospital in Tunis.
