Tunisia: STEG warns against the risk of electrocution when approaching electricity poles

The Tunisian company of electricity and gas (STEG) called, in its press release, published on Monday, all citizens, for their safety and that of their children, to be careful and not to approach poles, cables and electric transformers to prevent electric shock accident.

The company said it calls for caution given the climatic fluctuations the country is experiencing these days and the damage they could cause to electricity and gas networks, in light of the special bulletin issued by the Institute of Meteorology for this purpose.

STEG also calls on all its customers to contact the National Center for Remote Services at the toll-free number 80100444 and the districts and agencies that are affiliated with it to report any malfunction in the electricity network or any gas leak in order to dispatch its teams. techniques and deal with any eventuality.
