Tunisia-Strikes: Mohsen Nabti calls to prevail dialogue between government and the unions [Declaration]

Spokesperson for the popular current Mohsen Nabti returned on the series of protest movements and strikes which took place recently in different sectors.

Nabti told Tunisie Numérique that this phenomenon has persisted for years highlighting that this is understandable due to the pressure exercised by citizens on their basic unions, following the decline of their social situation.

According to him, the government must understand the claims of the people, particularly after the inflation rate is up.

“For its part, the UGTT is called upon to play its national role,” he stated calling on the government and the unions to make dialogue prevail to overcome the current situation.
