Tunisia-Suspension of dismissed magistrates: Dilou demands resignation of Minister of Justice

Samir Dilou remarked on the suspension of the dismissal of judges by the administrative court.

In this sense, he called for the execution of some essential measures.

“After the administrative court has brought justice to most of the magistrates who have been dismissed, it is time to execute these important measures:

– Secure the return of ladies and gentlemen judges to their duties.

-Opening of an inquiry into the context and circumstances of the “list of scandals” prepared by the Minister of Justice, and the suspicions of settling personal scores regarding the inclusion of certain names.

– The immediate resignation of the Minister of Justice and the presentation of an apology for the disastrous consequences of her misrepresentation and its impact on public opinion, which have damaged the reputation of the country”.
