The UGTT secretary general Noureddine Taboubi indicated, on the sidelines of the signing of an agreement with the government on salary increases in the sector and the public function, that circular 20, which was the subject of disputes, has just been suspended.
“Circular 20 is from the past, the prime minister will soon publish another,” he added.
It should be recollected that the said circular fixes the conditions of social negotiations between unions and managers of public enterprises.
