Tahya Tounes strongly denounced the “smear campaign and malicious rumours targeting some party leaders on social networks and certain media”.
In a press release, the party called on public opinion not to adhere to these lies circulated by political parties mastering defamation and disinformation and asked journalists and all activists in public affairs to be careful in managing information.
It further called on the prosecution to interact with the pending lawsuits and sanction those who intentionally spread these lies as well as reveal the instigating parties.
