Tunisia-Tahya Tounes to support Hichem Mechichi government under this condition

Today, Wednesday, August 26, 2020, the National Council of Tahya Tounes met to decide its official stance from Hihcem Mechici government.  The Party  National Council concluded the following:

1) The party will support the government if it adheres to an urgent program to reduce the economic and social repercussions of the COVID-19, especially maintaining jobs and embarking on major reforms. The movement announced that it shall remain open to consulting with other political forces and national organizations.

2) Work to bring together the moderate democratic political forces on the basis of their unified intellectual references and coordinate their positions and their parliamentary and political work in a way that restores balance in the political arena and protects the civil  state and society

3) Approval of the proposed strategy for reviewing the structure and restoration of the movement, and calling on all its militants and militants to rally around it.
