In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, Deputy Speaker of the now-dissolved Parliament Tarek Fetiti remarked on the information circulating yesterday on social networks about his detention. “I was not invoked by the security forces. I am at my house with my children” he confirmed, indicating that the security agents present in front of his residence are working normally. Remark that Fetiti chaired a plenary session yesterday during which 116 deputies voted in favour of the cancellation of the exceptional measures.
