ETAP and BTS signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday at the headquarters of the governorate of Tataouine, in the attendance of the minister adviser to the prime minister Slim Tissaoui, the governor of Tataouine, the head of the governmental delegation in Tataouine Mohamed Achour and the CEOs of ETAP and BTS.
