Following the decisions taken by the Tunisian Government, the French Institute of Tunisia (IFT) declared that the cultural activities of the French Institutes of Tunis, Sousse and Sfax are momentarily halted, according to a press release issued this Monday, October 5, 2020, by the IFT.

“Following the decisions taken by the government, we inform you that the cultural activities of the French Institutes of Tunis, Sousse and Sfax are temporarily suspended.
Meetings, conferences, shows, workshops, cinema screenings and VR programs are postponed to a later date.
Language courses (including registrations) and student reception in Campus France spaces are maintained.
The media library will be open only for loan and return of loans.
We remind you that wearing a mask is compulsory in all areas of the French Institute and that the health protection rules (physical distancing, use of hydroalcoholic gel and frequent hand washing) must be strictly observed.
We hope to be able to welcome you very soon and see you again under less restrictive conditions (but essential today), we invite you to meet on the web to share virtual but very authentic moments. Let’s keep track, have a good week and stay protected! ”
