Tunisia-The Transparency Observatory files a complaint against Abir Moussi

The Transparency and Good Governance Observatory said it had filed a lawsuit against the president of the Free Destourien Party Abir Moussi and members of her parliamentary bloc.

This complaint would follow cases relating to “public money, terrorism and the disruption of State institutions,” said Adnan Laabidi, member of the group of lawyers acting on behalf of the Observatory of the transparency and good governance, on the waves of Mosaïque fm.

The lawyer added that a request for the lifting of parliamentary immunity will be made so that Moussi is no longer immune from prosecution.
