Tunisia-There is a legislative vacuum in Nabil Karoui ‘s status

President of the Independent High Authority for the Elections (ISIE) Nabil Baffoun said that Nabil Karoui ‘s state is complex due to a legal and legislative vacuum.
Baffoun added the case is dictated by a penal code and the investigating judge.
Properly answering one of the reporter‘s inquiries about the reasonable probability of the first and third winners progressing to the second round. Baffoun responded this could occur if the presidential candidate in question is resolutely determined to have intentionally violated the electoral silence.
