Tunisia-Three terrorists in Kasserine including leader in “Jund Al Khilafa”

The Ministry of Interior announced the elimination of three terrorists on the heights of Kasserine, including Ahmed Dhouib, a leader in the terrorist organisation «Jund Al Khilafa». The latter was killed at Mount Mghilla in a «proactive» and «technical» operation carried collectively by military and security units, the Interior Department announced in a statement.

An assault rifle type “Steyr” was seized during this operation. Ahmed Dhouib, a leader in the organisation “Jund Al Khilafa», armed branch of “Daesh” is involved in many terrorist operations, reads the same statement.

On another level, the Ministry of the Interior said following intelligence received by the department, National Guard units in the district of Kasserine killed a “terrorist” who was accompanied by his wife, a foreign national.

The latter blew herself up. She detonated an explosive belt while carrying her little daughter in her arms. They died from their injuries. According to the Ministry of the Interior’s statement, her second daughter, aged three, is still alive.
