The criminal chamber specializing in financial corruption cases at the Court of First Instance of Tunis has decided to condemn the Ennahdha leader, Rached Kheriji Ghannouchi, and his son-in-law, Rafik Bouchlaka, to 3 years in jail with immediate effect, and inflicted a fine of more than three million dinars on the Ennahdha Movement party, in the case of lobbying and the party’s receipt of financial donations from a foreign party, according to what the TAP agency, by the official spokesperson for the court of first instance of Tunis, Mohamed Zaitouna.
