Tunisia-Tourism revenue rise to 46.3% as of September 10

Tourism revenues rose to 46 .3% as of September 10, to approximately 4,091 million dinars, in marked contrast to the same period of last years.In US dollars, tourism profits rose by 25% to $1,376 million, whereas in Euros, they hit up to 33.1% with an estimated €1,221 million.

Tourist visitors properly marked a gradual increase of 14.9 %, till September 10, with6 million 618 thousand 898, according to official statistics published by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts.

The considerable percentage of Maghrib tourists who visited Tunisia progressively increased by 17.4% (3 million 239 thousand 299), whereas the considerable number of European tourists rose by 18.4% rise to a predicted 2 million 140 thousand 365 tourists.

Moreover, Algerian tourists rose by 8.7% with one million 872 thousand 936 tourists.The number of overnight stays spent until September 10, 2019, increased by 11.9% justly compared to the same period of 2018 which promptly saw 20 million 986 thousand 974 overnight stays, reported the TAP agency.
