Tunisia-Towards daily production of 650 tonnes of sugar

CEO of the Tunisian Sugar Society Mohamed Gabsi told Echourouk newspaper that the sugar market supply is planned for tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

He confirmed that the company acquired the required quantity of raw sugar to begin refinement operations. This will permit, according to him, to resume production at a rate of 650 tonnes every day.

It should be recalled that the shortage of sugar, recently registered, was behind the disruption of several industries.
