Tunisia-Traffic ban: Interior ministry announces Sanctions against offenders

The Interior Ministry declared in a statement released on Sunday that sanctions will be inflicted  on motorists who break the decision to ban traffic from 7 p.m.

  • Seizure of the driving license and the grey card for a period of seven days.
  •  Seizure of cars for a period of seven days in the event of a repeat offence.
  • Judicial verbal proceedings against any offender and consent to the driver to obtain a provisional driving license, valid only one day from the date of the offence.
