Tunisia-Tragedy after sinking of fishing boat in Monastir: 3 bodies retrieved

Ferid Ben Jha, spokesperson for the courts of Monastir and Mehdia disclosed this Thursday, in a statement given to radio, that 3 bodies were retrieved from the sinking of a fishing boat about 29 miles from the coast of Monastir.

He announced that 3 other people were rescued and the search continued to save another individual.

Houssem Eddine Jebabli, spokesperson for the National Guard, for his part, announced that a joint unit of the National Navy and the Maritime Guard and a helicopter were mobilized to search for missing fishermen.
