The Tunis Transport Society (Transtu) revealed that the acts of vandalism that targeted its fleet generated, until September 21, 2021, damage assessed at 700 thousand dinars.
In a press release published, the Transtu underscored that 1,573 acts of vandalism were registered in 2021, causing damage which surpasses one million dinars.
The company said that it does everything possible to keep its fleet in condition, but the many attacks worsen its financial crisis and lead to a reduction in the number of means of transport in service.
