In a post published today on his official page, MP Mabrouk Korchid denounced his ban Travel Ban, considering it to be an illegal measure.
Nothing in the law on passports and travel documents provide for such a measure, he said, adding that according to the law only the judicial authority is able to impose a travel ban on a citizen.
He called the refusal on the “abuse of rights”, calling for respect for the law.
