Tunisia – Tunis court cancels decision to dismiss magistrate

Attorney Baligh Ben Abbes revealed that Tunis court of first instance cancelled the presidential decision to dismiss a magistrate, and ordered his immediate reinstatement.

The lawyer confirmed that it is a first, in Tunisia, that ordinary justice examines a file under the jurisdiction of the administrative court, and this, urgently, during the summer vacation.

The lawyer added that this decision will be jurisprudence and that he will legally inform, the Minister of Justice, the prime minister and the President of the Republic, to comply with this court decision.
