Tunisia -Tunisia adopts Green Middle East initiative

Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi received a phone call on Sunday, March 28, 2020 from Saudi Interior Minister Abdelaziz Ben Saoud Ben Naif Ben Abdelaziz.

The Saudi minister notified prime minister Mehchihci on the Green Middle East initiative which was launched by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohamed bin Salman, with the purpose of defining a roadmap that will preserve the planet and nature.

For his part,Mr Mechichi expressed Tunisia support for the Middle East initiative because it will contribute to the achievement of the global goals for the fight against climate change, assuring that Tunisia will offer its available experts in the field of the environment in order to make this process successful by uniting efforts.
