Tunisia Ambassador to France, Mohamed Karim Jamoussi has published on his official page a post through which he praises the quality of the exchanges during President Kaïs Saïed’s visit to France on the occasion Summit on the financing of African economies.
Mr Jamoussi affirmed the exchanges attest to the strength and profundity of bilateral relationships between the two nations and the will to further strengthen them in the future.
He likewise indicated that this visit places Tunisia in the saddle in its African environment for a greater presence and win-win cooperation in particular with the Ivory Coast, the DRC, Senegal.
The exchanges with African Heads of State and the presidents of financial institutions who have constantly accompanied Tunisia such as the ADB and the EBRD will always be fruitful, he wrote.
He further welcomed the request of the President of the Republic, Kais Saied to write off debts or substantially reduce them to assist African countries to fully secure their development, during the Summit on the financing of African economies as well as the last bilateral meeting with President Macron at the Elysee Palace.
