The director of the Medenine hospital and a driver from the same institution were suspended from their work under the order of the health minister for abuse of a hospital vehicle.
The driver in question was held by a customs guard brigade in Mareth while on his way to Tunis. The latter did not have a mission order, for this trip, and was bringing medical devices of unknown origin, as well as non-mission objects, such as an air conditioner and two tires for which he did not have authentication documents.
It should be remarked that it was the director of the hospital who notified the ministry of these facts, which did not stop the minister from suspending him from his functions.
