Tunisia has joined the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC), after having accomplished the standards for equal pay between women and men, declared Thursday, December 3, 2020, the Ministry of Woman, Family and Seniors.
In a press release, reported by the TAP the department indicated “that it is currently operating to harmonise efforts between all the parties concerned (government structures, private sector and national organizations), and within the framework of cooperation with the ‘International Labor Organization, in order to enshrine efficient equality in terms of equal pay between women and men in all sectors.
