Tunisia-Tunisia reiterates its permanent and unconditional support for Palestinian people

Tunisia took note with no surprise the failure of the UN Security Council to approve the full membership of the State of Palestine in the United Nations.

Tunisia considers that the vote of the members of the Council clearly reveals the responsibilities of all parties in the denial of the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people,reads a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

While reaffirming its permanent and unconditional support for the Palestinian people in their just struggle to regain their legitimate and imprescriptible rights and to establish their independent and sovereign State on all the land of Palestine with Al Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, Tunisia reiterates its call to the international community to redouble its efforts in order to achieve full membership in the United Nations for the State of Palestine,adds the same source.
