Passengers abroad Iraqi airways found themselves detained for hours at Carthage International Airport. The Tunisian Civil Aviation and Airports Authority blocked the plane from taking off due to an accumulated debt of $3000 of refuelling kerosene, in addition to preceding debts.
The aircraft was programmed to take off at 4 am. A state of considerable confusion has been witnessed in the ranks of dozens of passengers.
