For the third time in a row, the Tunisian Post received the prize for the best postal operator on the African and Arab scale, according to the Postal Development Index of 2020 published on Friday by the Universal Postal Union.
Globally, the Tunisian Post ranks 46th (out of 170 countries). And this with a score of 51.93 out of 100, thus gaining one place compared to 2019.
According to the index, Swiss Post is the best in the world with a score of 100 out of 100, followed by Australian (95.35/100) and German (94.22 / 100).

The 2IPD index is calculated on the basis of UPU postal mass data, official statistics and UPU questionnaires.
