Speaking with Tunisie Numérique, president of the National Union Chamber of private clinics Boubaker Zakhama stated that the debts of the Libyan state towards more than 60 Tunisian private clinics amount to 350 million dinars. “Despite all the promises, this issue which dates from 2011 has not yet been resolved,” he added.
