Nadèje Tabib, a 23-year-old Tunisian student, won the Orange Social Entrepreneurship Award last September after creating an application to detect and prevent strokes called AVCare.
This smart application called AVCare is the first application in the world in the field of e-health and is provided with an electronic bracelet that can detect early strokes.
The application creator Nadèje Tabib states AVCaire identifies any disturbance that happens in the person’s voice, vision or understanding, These are standards by which the symptoms of a stroke are examined.
The gathered data are sent then directly to family members or the physician supervising the patient’s health status.
