Reaffirming its attachment to the decisions adopted on July 25, 2021, the “Tunisie en Avant” Movement warned against any lag in the formation of the new government. In a statement published yesterday on its official page, the Movement called for the dissolution of Parliament to form a small government that will take charge of all socio-economic issues.
It, hence, asked for the promulgation of a decree on the provisional organization of public powers and the amendment of articles of the 2014 Constitution.
The Movement emphasised that this will assist in establishing a democratic and social republic that can ensure political stability in the country.
According to the same source, Tunisie en avant has suggested a referendum on the amendment of the Constitution and the electoral law within a period not surpassing 6 months and then the organization of early elections.
