The governorate of Ben Arous reported two new deaths and 40 new cases of Coronavirus, after the results of the last samples taken in the specialized reference laboratories to which the samples were sent.
According to the regional committee for monitoring coronavirus, 36 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries since the start of the pandemic to 415 cases, or nearly half the number of people infected in the region.
The number of deaths has risen to 26, including 22 cases since the border opened last June.
