Tunisia-two new power generation stations in Borj El Amri and Radès

In an interview to ” Shems FM”, The Minister of Industry, Energy and Mines Slim Feriani announced that two power generation stations in Borj El Amri and Radès will enter into force in the upcoming next weeks of the month of June.

Helping to overcome the problem of power outages at the height of summer. The two stations will be generating up to an additional 1000 Megawatts. Moreover, up to 20 – 25 % of energy production will be provided .Mr.Feriani added that with an estimated cost of 1500 billion DT. This project will create employment opportunities.
