The UGTT has decided to announce a general strike in 159 public institutions on June 16 as a sign of objection against the non-conclusion of deals by Bouden government.
According to the statement issued today, the UGTT calls for:
– Delete Circular No. 20
– Execute all agreements reached
– Begin social negotiations with a view to improving purchasing power for the years 2021-2022-2023 –
Introduce reforms within the institutions in question and oppose their privatization
– Cancel the social solidarity contribution of 1%
– Finalize the negotiations concerning public sector workers
