The Scientific Council of the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Management Sciences of Jendouba has denied what was claimed in a blog post by Wafa Chadli according to which it would have enrolled a foreign student without an administrative file and would have given him privileges not enjoyed by other Tunisian students.
The Council affirmed that the faculty “undertakes to respect all laws relating to the registration of students, whether Tunisian or foreign”, recollecting that “foreign students are directed towards the faculty via the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and that everything said on the aforementioned page has nothing to do with reality and is purely an “unjustified” assertion.
“The faculty management likewise insisted on its right to take all legal measures to refute these slanders and allegations and defend the reputation of the institution. »
