New measures targeting Tunisian nationals have been taken by Emirates Airlines. According to the FTAV, a document was sent by the Emirati carrier, calling for the visa to be granted to Tunisians according to new criteria.
Abeldeaziz Ben Aissa, managing director of a travel agency and chairman of the air transport commission of the Tunisian Federation of Travel Agencies (FTAV), affirmed that Emirates Airlines has settled on new rules targeting Tunisians who want to travel in the United Arab Emirates.
The visa will now only be granted to married Tunisians and their children, to people aged 60 and over, and to those residing in one of the Gulf countries.
