The Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts or UTICA underlined it hopes that the proposed government will gain the confidence of the parliament, which will consequently ensure the prevalence of the national interest, far from divisions and conflicts, so that it can fulfil its duties and devote its attention to the many issues urgent matters, in particular those of an economic and social nature.
In an issued press release, the UTICA recalled the sensitive context that Tunisia is going through. A context which requires, according to the Union, unity, reconciliation, hard work, clarity of vision, audacity and courage in decision-making, the application of the law and the restoration of the image of Tunisia on the international scene.
