Tunisia [Video]: Are there no more places in the intensive care unit at Abderhaman Mami hospital?

A video has been circulating on social media since last night showing a man with COVID-19 resting in an intensive care bed and on oxygen outside Aberdarrahman Mami Hospital.

It was the son of the man in question who was filming lamenting, given the condition of his father who could not even receive proper care, at least inside the hospital. A SAMU agent, present on-site, interposed to declare that there are no more places in the intensive care unit in the hospital and that why they have put the patient on oxygen in front of the establishment, for lack of beds inside.

The agent, moreover, launched an appeal to the persons in charge who, each time, affirm that the situation is under control and that there are still places available in the intensive care units whereas, according to him, is not the case.

While waiting for a response from an official party, here is the video in question.
