Tunisia [Video]: Day of anger for travel agencies in Sfax, Sidi Bouzid and Kasserine

A day of anger, during which the doors of travel and tourism agencies will be closed and out of business, is registered for Tuesday, October 20 in Sfax, Sidi Bouzid and Kasserine.

This movement intervenes to criticise the challenging situation facing the travel agency sector, threatened with bankruptcy and in the absence of a response from the government to requests and proposals presented by professionals.

The Regional Federation of Travel Agencies in the Center and the South supports the sit-in announced by the Tunisian Federation of Travel and Tourism Agencies in front of the Ministry of Tourism.

A bus has been chartered to transport the agencies affiliated to the Regional Federation and bring them to Tunis to express their rejection of the current situation, which carries serious risks for the sector, particularly in terms of closure, bankruptcy, over-indebtedness and layoffs.
